PCB MD Wasim Khan Invited to a High Profile MCC World Committee Meeting

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Managing Director, Wasim Khan has left for England to participate in a high-profile meeting of the MCC World Committee.

Talking to a private TV channel, Khan said that he has been invited by the MCC World Committee to give a detailed presentation on Pakistan cricket in a moot which will be attended by former greats like Kumar Sangakkara, Ricky Ponting, Sourav Ganguly, Shane Warne, Rodd Marsh, etc.

He further told that MCC will bear his expense for the trip and that he will be in the United Kingdom for 24 hours.

The trip comes after PCB’s efforts to boost ties with cricketing boards, especially Cricket Australia and the England Cricket Board for the revival of cricket in Pakistan.

Cricket lovers in Pakistan are hopeful that Wasim Khan will convince the committee to bring cricket back in the country.
