Pakistan Railways to Run Bullet Trains Soon: Sheikh Rasheed

Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rasheed has vowed to run bullet trains in the country during Prime Minister Imran Khan’s term. He made these remarks while speaking to the media in Karachi.

Sheikh Rasheed said that he will accompany Prime Minister Khan during his three-day visit to China on October 7 to discuss the ML-1 project.

We have high hopes that he would come back after finalizing the ML-1 project, after which, we will also construct ML-2.

He was optimistic about completing the ML-2 bullet train project during PM Khan’s government.

Rasheed said the country is finally recovering from the economic crisis and is on its way to progress and development.

He laments that the opposition’s role is negative as they are spreading hopelessness in public for their personal gains.

  • There were no bullet trains in riyasat-e-madina!

The Chinese laughed at our people when we asked them for bullet trains. We can’t afford them.

Sheikh Rasheed should do something about the finances of pak railways instead of talking about bullet trains. How much longer will it run at a loss? Why doesn’t he fire all the political appointees?

    • I agree with all of the rest of your comment, but your very first sentence was just spam.

  • Lahore Metro nai khatam ho raha hai, Hum Bullet Trains banainge? I dig it but Is this realistically possible because ye log toh bas votes batorne aivin hawa mein phugge urdhadein

  • its more important to fix the existing system before any new step. Train timings are so bad now. 3 to 4 hours normal late time.

  • Sheeda Talli has gone senile. He knows he’s got little time in politics and govt. so he’s just building castles in the air to satisfy his ego.
First, he should fix destination display on one of the train that was showing “Los Angeles” and get PR out of losses then think of something else.
There isn’t much difference between Nawaz League and Niazi League.
