Realme X50 5G Teaser Shows Off the Phone’s Display

The X50 will become Realme’s first-ever 5G phone once it makes its debut at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2020 on January 7. The phone’s rear panel design was revealed through a set of official posters that showed a quad-camera setup in a vertical cutout at the top left corner and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

The Chinese phone maker has now uploaded another official poster for the phone that shows off the front of the device.

Similar to the Redmi K30, the X50 5G will feature a pill-shaped dual-lens punch-hole cutout, but on the left side of the screen instead. The side bezels are quite thin but the chin is relatively thick.

Realme X50 5G Rumored Specifications

The Realme X50 will come with a 6.67 inch FHD+ IPS LCD with up to 120Hz screen refresh rate. This display will be made by JDI, a Japanese display company that is a joint venture between Sony, Hitachi, and Toshiba.

It will be powered by the Snapdragon 765G SoC with 8GB RAM and 256GB UFS 2.1 storage. The 4500 mAh battery promises a two-day battery life and will feature an enhanced version of VOOC 4.0 fast charging.

The camera department will be equipped with Samsung’s Bright GW1 64MP sensor with an 8MP ultrawide lens, a 13MP lens with 5x hybrid zoom, and a 2MP super macro lens. The dual front camera setup will include a 32MP lens and an 8MP ultrawide lens.

As mentioned before, the Realme X50 5G is set to make its debut at the CES 2020 on January 7.
