Call of Duty Mobile is Getting a New Map, Game Mode & Scorestreaks

Call of Duty Mobile is gearing up to release Season 3 in just a few days. The update will include a new Battle Pass, new modes, new ranks, new scorestreaks, and more.

The developers have teased several details about the update, but the biggest highlight would be the addition of the famed Modern Warfare 2 map, Scrapyard. The classic three-lane map will become playable as soon as the new update kicks off.

The update will also introduce a new scorestreak called the MQ-27 Dragonfire. The MQ-27 Dragonfire is a player-controlled drone from Black Ops 2 that can be used to scout the area and rain down fire with machine guns and rockets.

A new limited-time game mode known as Rapid Fire will go live with the update as well. It will allow players to go all out with unlimited ammo, equipment, operator skills, and self-recharging scorestreaks.

The Battle Pass rewards will include a new auto rifle called G36C and a new sniper rifle named Barrett .50. Other than that, there will also be a variety of new skins, items, and rewards for Season 3 which will likely be revealed as the release date draws near.

The Season 3 update will reportedly release on January 17 and servers are expected to go live on January 20.
