Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra to Sport a Built-in S Pen Stylus

Samsung has a habit of launching two flagship lineups in a year — the Galaxy S in the first six months, and the Galaxy Note Series in the remaining six.

Unfortunately, the Note series will not be launched this year, and if you’re longing to get a feel of the company’s S Pen stylus any time soon, then the new Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra will soon come to your rescue.

Smartphone whistleblower Ice Universe has claimed that the “Galaxy Note series is gone for good and the upcoming Galaxy S22 Ultra will take its place”. It also claims that the phone will look a tad bit similar to the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and — wait for it — come with the brand’s iconic S Pen stylus integration.

Besides the rumor mill and a few not so believable developments, a brief spec list of the incoming Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has appeared online. The phone will sport a 6.81-inch display panel with a 19.3:9 aspect ratio and 120Hz refresh rate.

On the performance side of things, tipster Ice Universe has pointed out that the new device will run the much anticipated Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 chipset with an AMD mRDNA GPU in support.

As far as the camera setup is concerned, Samsung is expected to include its latest flagship ISOCELL GN2 offering for the 108MP option as the main camera, a 12MP ultrawide, and a pair of 10MP telephoto and periscope lenses with 10x optical zoom.

The Samsung Galaxy S22 lineup is only a few months away, and the leaks about the phone will only increase in the next few months.
