How many scholarships are available?
Each year, AU offers two full Emerging Global Leader Scholarships and up to eight partial EGLS awards worth up to US$40,000 per year.
Who is eligible to apply?
You must be an international student needing a non‑immigrant U.S. visa (e.g., F‑1 or J‑1).
U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or dual U.S. citizens are not eligible.
You must be a current high school student graduating by June 2026 and not already enrolled in post‑secondary studies elsewhere.
How do I apply for the scholarship?
