Kunming Medical University is a public medical university in Kunming City, Yunnan Province, China. The university was founded in 1933 as the Donglu Medical College. Later, it developed into a leading medical institution in southwest China. Today, the university enrolls more than 18,000 students. These students include undergraduate, master’s, doctoral, and international students. The university also employs thousands of academic and clinical staff who support teaching and research.
