Applicants must be full-time international students holding an F‑1 visa. They must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 at the time of admission. To renew the scholarship, recipients must maintain at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA and complete a required percentage of attempted credit hours each year. Students who initially complete English language coursework through the American Language Institute (ALI) may become eligible after finishing ALI courses. However, the scholarship does not cover ALI out-of-state costs.
