International Students Presidential Scholarship Benefits

Full Scholarship recipients receive support throughout their degree program, while Partial Scholarship recipients benefit from tuition coverage only.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be new students admitted to DUT and prepared to start their degree program. They must meet academic, age, and educational requirements relevant to their level of study. Master’s and PhD applicants from outside China must submit two academic recommendation letters from professors or associate professors, in addition to diplomas, transcripts, language certificates, study plans, and medical forms. Applicants must demonstrate strong academic performance in prior studies.
International Students Presidential Scholarship Application Process
Applicants submit required documents through DUT’s online scholarship system. Master’s and PhD candidates can apply between 1 November 2025 and 15 February 2026. Bachelor’s applicants can apply from 1 November 2025 to 30 June 2026. DUT evaluates applications based on academic achievement, potential, and alignment with program requirements. The scholarship is separate from the Chinese Government (CSC) and other provincial or national scholarships.
