Candidates must also have completed a BSc in their home region (not at UT) and meet English language requirements like IELTS 6.5/TOEFL iBT 90.

What does it cover?

The scholarship provides additional financial support (up to €12,000) that you can use for living, travel, or academic expenses; it does not pay tuition directly, which remains covered (partially or fully) by your UTS award.

How do I apply?

You cannot submit a separate Kipaji application through the regular UT system. Instead, indicate in your UTS motivation letter that you wish to be considered for the Kipaji Scholarship if you meet the criteria. Your faculty will nominate you to the Kipaji Fund and may ask for a motivation letter explaining how you plan to use your studies to benefit your home country.
