Today when we visited Nandos for dine in ,we were extremely disappointed in all areas of customer service and timely promptness of order being served on our table .
Customer dealing 3/10
Availability of all the required cutlery ,sauces etc 2/10
Food being served on time 1/10
Overall it was a very shitty customer service experience .
Nandos DMC needs to up its game in all areas of customer dealing ,timely order serving ,waiter training
Better management needed, to be 100 effectiveness in keeping their customers happy and contented
Yesterday early dinner or late lunch- the hummus had turned sour, they replaced it but nevertheless had food poisoning. The place needs renovation.
Service is fine.
I also have seen 8 months ago at dolmen nandos, someone’s dinner was unduly delayed, and the customer was het up. When finally the dish with the barbecue boneless strip hanging fell on the floor inside the counter, the staff quickly looked towards the customer who had not witnessed this happening but I had. I remained quiet about it as already the atmosphere was charged. However, as we do expect fresh food when we visit there, it was extremely disappointing. Will not go there again.

Unhygienic place, cooks making food without gloves and wiping their sweat on face by hand.
No concept of cleanliness at all. I ordered food and complained to the Manager, paid full price and couldn’t eat.
Don’t go there unless you want to get sick
