Extremely disappointing experience with Cocochan ,we placed an order about one and a half hours ago, which my son ordered, and it has still not been delivered
What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service, when we tried calling to ask about the status of our order, no one answered the phone, and when the call was finally picked up, it was immediately disconnected this happened multiple times
the delivery manager’s name is Basit, there was no support, no response, and no professionalism from their side. Ignoring customers after taking their order is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the management.
If a restaurant cannot handle orders properly or communicate with customers, they should not be accepting them in the first place. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and the service standard needs serious improvement
