Wow!! A great experience everything was great. Tasty food, cooperative staff doing very good job delightfully serving neat and clean as well so quickly. Very tasty and yummy food of Tenerife cafe. Good and fresh environment in Tenerife cafe. Very inspired and satisfied. Thanks Tenerife to make my day memorable.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience today at Tenerife Cafe. My family and I went for lunch to celebrate a special occasion, and from the moment we arrived, things went downhill. We asked the staff if we could use sparkling candles on our cake, something we had done before with their permission. However, today their manager rudely refused without any reasonable explanation.

Next, we ordered food, but it was far from enjoyable. The meal was far too salty, and when we raised the issue, they brought us a replacement dish. Unfortunately, it was served undercooked. At that point, we lost our appetite and asked for another replacement, which we eventually packed to leave.

To top it all off, we had a completely unnecessary encounter with the staff. We asked one of the waiters if we could play a board game at our table, and he agreed. After just a few minutes of playing, the manager came over and rudely told us we couldn’t continue.We explained that it was a board game, not cards, but the manager and another staff member started arguing with us in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. The entire situation escalated unnecessarily, with my family being treated terribly. It felt like a mental ordeal.

Furthermore, when we requested the contact number for the owner to escalate this matter, we were refused. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. This is not how a cafe should operate, especially in Lahore, where people go out to enjoy their time and relax, not to be disrespected.

We strongly recommend that no one visits this cafe if they value good food and decent customer service. We will certainly not be returning, and we hope this review serves as a warning to others.

Service was so bad and manager behave not good 😐 😒 they even don’t know how to talk nicely

The standard of service and the quality of food has deteriorated since sometime. It was a disappointment to visit this once esteemed restaurant.
