My experience at OPTP has been very good, Alhamdulillah. Especially Arbaz and the rest of the staff at Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, are very nice. The quality and quantity of the food are both the best. There is someone named Arbaz there who has never given any reason for complaint.

I usually go to OPTP gulberg almost every other day, and unfortunately, for a while now it has become one of the worst dining experiences. Awais, was unbelievably rude from the moment we arrived. He was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed a complete lack of professionalism. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect at a restaurant.

The overall service was equally terrible. It’s clear that the staff, especially Awais, have no interest in providing even the bare minimum of customer service.

I hope the management of OPTP takes this seriously because this kind of behavior is unacceptable. If they don’t address these issues, they’re going to lose a lot of customers and from the looks of it they already are losing a lot of customers due to this. Until they do, I highly recommend avoiding this place!

service is very good and food is always good

Poor service. Yesterday I ordered 3 large pizzas at about 1900hrs. They deliver one and rest waiting for pe dal dia. After 45mint, They reply our pizza dow ended. U have to wait till dow arrange.

No branch manager or command chain to complain here. Helpline also didn’t reply back to my complaint.
