Should state the kind of flour used in tortillas- is it meda(white flour) or corn flour?

Do they have wholewheat flour options and if not, why not? And why not wholewheat rice for paella options?

Steaks are just about passable- but too much tenderizer and too ‘sinewy’- the cuts are not tenderloin, but should at least be just meat rather than have sinews and gristle running through them.

No innovation at all.
