Worst Experience – Fake Butt Karahi!

This place is a total scam. The service was horrible — rude staff, long wait times, and zero professionalism. The food was disgusting: cold, oily, and had no flavor at all. This is NOT the real Butt Karahi — just a cheap, fake copy using the name to fool customers. Absolute waste of money. Never coming back and don’t recommend anyone else go either.

I had a terrible experience here. The service was extremely poor – the staff was rude, inattentive, and took forever to take our order. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and lacked the authentic taste you’d expect from a real Butt Karahi. The quality was clearly subpar, and I seriously doubt this place has any connection to the original Butt Karahi brand. Feels like a fake copy trying to cash in on a famous name. Definitely not worth the time or money. Would not recommend at all

The worest place I have ever been to have dinner/food. Very bad service and instead of servivg us our ordered Mutton Karahi they served I don’t what but it was certainly not mutton.

When complained the management behaviot was very absurd/ bad.

I have decided not to visit this place again whatever the case may be.

Good ambiance with worst food quality…I ordered mutton karahi which is there special and the food they serve is not fresh and stinky….even coustomers left food withouting eating and paying…I love to give them negative marks if there is an option

Average for the food and bad for the service and hygiene. The outdoor seating is in pretty bad shape, dust everywhere including the table. Untrained staff, no payment by card, poor service on the table are some of the negatives.
