Very 3rd class and not respectable manners of their team. They dont know how to talk with customers. Even their managers dont knows customer and hotel mangment policies

Last night we had Aftar buffet dinner at Chai mehfil. we booked it for 200 persons but unfortunately we are very disappointed with their services firstly they make a seating arrangement very congested we 200 people hardly sit in area of 100 persons with choked seats and tables. we were not allowed to move from our seats their manager is really unprofessional and loud. seating arrangement was pathetic and congested.

they also took booking for other parties so u can say its jampack there.

now come to Aftaar food their aftari was tasteless mostly things are either too salty or not salty at all.

we went to refill our plates but nothing was left.

we cant go to washrooms cause of overwhelming croud.

our night was mess their management was pathetic and also they over charged us which they denied at time of payment.

i must say a big no to CHAI MEHFIL

Except location they have nothing. Their Aftari and service both were average

They have no taste in Soup and Chicken Samosas their Chaye is almost good to taste but Samosas are really very oily while eating oil was leaking from them. Soup quality is very poor. But they have the good sitting environment and qawali night that make them unique.

I love this place! Their ambiance is so funky and casual. The cafe being on a rooftop is a plus along with the colorful lights and the cheerful atmosphere. I ordered snack and I loved them and the chai was 👌

Definitely coming back here again for family and friends hangouts.
