Pathetic taste of coffee. Served cool, have to ask them to heat it. Even after steaming the coffee it was still not that hot.

Good thing was they have WiFi for their customers. Don’t recommend for coffee..

Never had a better experience in any Gloria Jean’s outlet than the one in DHA 2 Islamabad. Maybe it was the exterior or the welcoming staff or the coffees we had or the red velvet cake slice that was a complement from the Manager (Hamza or Haider – I forgot the name). Absolutely amazing. The exterior is just too good to be true.

The place has a good ambiance however, service and exactness of order has much mileage to cover. I ordered Mediterranean Omelette in breakfast today and what I got was simple cheese omelette. Upon inquiry from the manager, it was revealed that stock of requisite ingredients had finished two days ago so they couldn’t make the ordered dish.
