Had the worst experience of my life at F.11 outlet Isb. Grilled chicken salsa sandwich was served in disposable plate and instead of nachos few local lays chips were added and the walnut brownie was as hard as rock. Service was pathetic with guy appearing asking for bill without sleeve.
