They took money off my card and didn’t process my order. I had no response from their team. So I feel like I’ve bee robbed.
Appalling Customer Service – Money Taken, Order Ignored.
I recently had an utterly nightmarish experience with KFC that I can’t help but share. It’s unfortunate to say, but my trust in this brand has been severely shaken.
I placed an online order and, as usual, paid in advance. However, when I arrived at the franchise to pick up my order, I was met with disbelief as they claimed they had no record of it. It was as if my money had vanished into thin air. To make matters worse, they suggested I contact customer support for assistance.
Feeling bewildered and frustrated, I reached out to KFC’s customer support. Instead of a swift resolution, I found myself going in circles. They, too, seemed reluctant to take responsibility for the mishap and redirected me back to the franchise.
What adds insult to injury is that, according to my online account, my order was miraculously marked as “completed.” It’s as if they’re gaslighting customers by pretending that everything is fine when it clearly isn’t.
This experience has left me feeling deeply disappointed and, frankly, taken advantage of. It’s disheartening to believe that a well-known brand like KFC can operate in such a manner.
I implore KFC to seriously reconsider their customer service and order processing procedures. As a customer who has been left hanging, I can’t help but feel cheated and neglected. This ordeal has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I’ll think long and hard before considering KFC again in the future.
Hi I came yesterday night there is no air-conditioning even too much hot inside this branch amd the behaviour of man who was giving order is not good and he gave me pre filled pepsi which was not good or no gas inside .

Not bad but I have eaten better Burgers at other KFC locations
