Takes ages to fulfill order. In what outlet you have to wait 25 minutes for a dozen hot wings. They have just 1 cook and other staff who love to browse on mobile instead of giving time to work. Too much wait.

The chicken burger was delicious but they had no cheesy chips so had to get BBQ chips which were horrible. Though the Optp menu is extensive. We had a big order and they gave us fewer burgers than we paid for. Also waited for ages for them to make the food.
