Great service and food.

We ordered their drumsticks for starters but they arrived after the main course dishes. *drumroll*

They were average at best… but moving on. Their Stuffed Chicken Breast was cooked to perfection and the ingredients used were fresh, but the selection of cheese and the lack of a buttery center felt a little ‘too pedestrian’ in my opinion. Places like Jade Cafe, Freddy’s, and even more economical restaurants do it wayyyyy better. Their Chicken Chilli Dry was an even bigger disappointment, even our University Cafeteria chefs make it better sometimes, and at a much more reasonable price. If Novu’s Chicken Chilli Dry is at an 8 in my books, this was barely a 4. It wasn’t relatively drier/spicier than your average Manchurian. Finally, after Pan Asian and Continental, we dared to try their fast food. Word of warning the patty they use in their beef burgers are very ‘chappli’ and far from both Gourmet and Smashed Beef Patties that we’ve learned to love (from Daily Deli/Smash or new Indie Joints like ‘The Hungry Bare’). Finally, the ambiance, taste preferences, and presentation are as dated as their first branch. We moved on ages ago!

You can easily up your game, Salt n’ Pepper… please don’t use your brand name to make your jiyalas used to such food.
