Worst Ever Experience in my life.

Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.

Booked thr Iftar buffet for 20 persons.No Proper seating arrangements. 15 dates (khajoors) for 20 persons.No glasses.No spoons.and even we couldn’t get a single iftaaar item( acc to thr menu) as they didnt refill dishes. not enough water.they just put food items once in thr dishes.no refilling.Pathetic service.no one cares for you even tho if you ask thr waiters for something more than 3 4 times..not a family place to visit.they dont even respect this that someone is with his/her family.

As ladies can’t even go to take food from dishes because at first all males line up to fill up thr dishes.after tht nothing left for ladies.as they dont even refill dishes.the are charging 3000 per person for thr buffet.to which they serve like this.well we paid a hefty amount around (60,000) for this worst experience.

When i asked for thr manager,staff replied, he’s not in his office right nw and went outside.(because thr management knew well abt thr blunders ).they were not even ashamed of all this to say sorry.Didnt even bother to contact us.

Well i suggest everyone not to go thr if you are planning and if you want to save your money and Respect.

Excellent food. But sometimes a bit more on hot and chilly type. Excellent BBQ.

Their fresh salad was not fresh. It looked like it was prepared long ago, may be some of the items in it, were from yesterday. Chips were also cooked long ago and they warm them for us which i said to waiter that they look soggy, he said ok i change it. For second order of chips, same story. Main course food was less then average quality.

This was my first visit to this place with family and may be the last.

Customer pay money for good food. If i had to eat low quality food, there are many food stalls
