The beautifully photographed book carries original and fusion recipes with a Pakistani theme.<\/p>\n<p>On the day of launch, Shahzia Zuberi, took to Twitter to give a sneak peek of what her wonderful cookbook holds. The Tweet said:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">This book is an effort to open doors, build bridges, and deepen relationships through the \u201cart\u201d of fusion food. All the recipes in the cookbook are tried and tested with various ingredients. To Shahzia, fusion cooking is a way to explore new ingredients and to integrate them into a dish that resonates across the globe. These fusion recipes combine contrasting culinary traditions into a single unique dish.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview, Shahzia Zuberi said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>My recipes have been highly appreciated by not only the Pakistani community but also our American friends, who love the unique blend of tastes in my cooking. I feel \u2018A Taste of Pakistan in Fusion\u2019 represents Pakistan on the global front, promoting the message of cultural harmony and assimilation through food.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19169 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/propakistani.pk\/foodnama\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/cook2-e1640868414726.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"797\" \/><\/h2>\n<h2>The cookbook details<\/h2>\n<p>The cookbook is a complete guide to cooking. Each recipe is accompanied by important tips from the author, along with a note explaining how that specific recipe is different from its original, traditional one. The colorful, vibrant book has a profusion of recipes including appetizers, soups, salads, seafood, chicken, beef, vegetarian dishes, and desserts.<\/p>\n<p>Azmat Zuberi edited the book while Tuba Arshad of markings worked on the layout and the design of the book.
