Our desi cuisine has always attracted foreigners and has fascinated them. The ingredients that are used in Pakistani food are definitely unique and give an outstanding taste and aroma to the local food. Despite the intense training sessions that are currently going on for the upcoming Test series and the game pressure, the Australian cricket team is enjoying its time in Pakistan. The team seems rejoiced because of the hospitality and the delectable taste of Pakistani food. Australian players are sharing their experiences with their fans on social media. In a recent video that was shared on Steve Smith\u2019s Instagram account, the star batsman was seen drooling over Pakistani food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The food that was served to the team included BBQ lamb chops. In addition to the lamb chops, there was also chicken and fish tikka, kabab, and salad. For dessert, a scrumptious walnut halwa was served to the guests that soothed their taste buds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the video, the Australian cricket player can be seen asking the chef about what\u2019s on the barbecue. \u201cLamb chops\u201d the man replies and after his reply, Smith\u2019s eagerness to eat the food can be clearly heard. Steve Smith expressed a special liking for Pakistani food saying that he thoroughly enjoyed Monday night\u2019s dinner. \u201cLast night\u2019s barbecue was fantastic. We were served a variety of barbecue dishes, which we greatly enjoyed\u201d, Steve Smith expressed. He further stated, \u201cSince our arrival, the hospitality has been incredible. We\u2019re having a great time in Islamabad. So far, the food has been excellent\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is the Australian team\u2019s first tour of Pakistan, and we are happy to see that food is playing some role in making the foreigners feel at home.
