If you are the owner of a Jazz 4G device and cannot seem to unlock it, go through this article carefully and follow the steps to unlock your Jazz 4G device.<\/p>\n

To Unlock a Jazz 4G Device<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Turn on your Jazz 4G device<\/strong> and connect it to a data cable.<\/li>\n
  2. Double click the device icon on your computer or PC<\/strong> to install drivers essential to unlock the 4G device.<\/li>\n
  3. Make sure that your antivirus software is turned off as it may disrupt your installation process.<\/li>\n
  4. You might be required to first download certain software in order to install the drivers.<\/li>\n
  5. Go to the links provided and download Flash File<\/a> and drivers<\/a>. This is an essential pre-requisite step.<\/li>\n
  6. Extract all the files in the drivers and run them as administrators<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  7. After you have run all three files<\/strong>, keep your device on and do not unplug it as your device is copying the data.<\/li>\n
  8. The software will ask you to enter a password. Type in asterisk six times e.g., ******<\/li>\n
  9. You will then be asked to Enter Number. Put in the IMEI<\/strong> number given on the back of your Jazz 4G device.<\/li>\n
  10. Enter your Port number<\/strong> as well. To enter your port number, search in the bar for \u2018Computer Device Manager\u2019 and go to the Port tab<\/strong>. You will find your device number there.<\/li>\n
  11. After you have entered your port number, press any key to continue.<\/li>\n
  12. Unplug your device and take out the battery.<\/li>\n
  13. Insert the battery in the device again.<\/li>\n
  14. Simultaneously long-press the WPS<\/strong> button and the power button for 5 seconds at least.<\/li>\n
  15. You will see a blue<\/strong> light glowing on your device. Plug it into the computer.<\/li>\n
  16. The device will automatically start writing the files.<\/li>\n
  17. Once the file writing process is over, your device will be unlocked and ready to run SIM<\/strong> cards of any network.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \"4GTo Change the Name and Wi-Fi Password of Your Jazz 4G Device:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Download the \u2018Jazz Wi-Fi app<\/strong>\u2019 on your device and install it.<\/li>\n
    2. Open the app and connect your Jazz Wi-Fi device with the phone.<\/li>\n
    3. On the top left-hand corner, you will see a menu bar<\/strong>. Click on it.<\/li>\n
    4. Choose the \u2018Settings<\/strong>\u2019 option and click \u2018Wi-Fi settings.<\/li>\n
    5. Change your device name and set a personalized one in the SSID option.<\/li>\n
    6. To change the password, click on the \u2018Wi-Fi Key<\/strong>\u2019 and enter a password of your choice.<\/li>\n
    7. To save the settings, click on \u2018Apply<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Please note that these directions may vary for different models of the Jazz 4G devices. However, in all cases, you will have to install the respective drivers<\/strong> according to that model.<\/p>\n
