Pakistani Muslims will be observing their 6th fast today on – Friday, 8th April 2022. We began Fasting from Sunday, 3rd April because the Ramadan moon was sighted on Saturday, 2nd April 2022. Saudi Arabia<\/a> started the holy month a day before Pakistan as is the case mostly. Every city in Pakistan has a different Sehri and Iftar timetable like the rest of the world. The holy month of Ramadan is all about sincerity to Allah SWT, the entire Muslim Ummah, and one’s own self too. The five pillars of Islam comprise the profession of faith (Shahadah), daily prayers (Salah), fasting (Sawm), alms (Zakat), and pilgrimage (Hajj). It is beneficial for Muslims to perform all their duties, especially during the month of Ramadan including going to Makkah to perform Umrah. Allah SWT will greatly reward those who are hardworking and sincere in prayer and their duties as Muslims in the hereafter.<\/p>\n

Sehri and Iftar Timings Today in Pakistan<\/h2>\n

Gilgit and its surrounding areas will begin fasting earlier than the rest of Pakistan as today\u2019s Sehri time is 4:10 AM while the citizens will break their fast at 6:31 PM. Similarly, Sehri time today for the residents of Islamabad and Rawalpindi is 4:20 AM while their Iftar time is 6:34 PM.<\/p>\n

Karachi’s Sehri\u2019s time will be 4:58 AM and the Iftar time will be 6:52 PM. In Quetta, the Muslims will have to finish their breakfasts by 4:50 AM while they will be breaking their fast in the evening at 6:56 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
