Islamabad Police have lodged a First Information Report (FIR) against an event organizer and 17 other individuals involved in hosting a musical concert featuring pop sensation Atif Aslam, Hasan Raheem, and other vocalists at the Gun & Country Club in Islamabad.
The FIR, filed at Aabpara Police Station, cites the major cause for legal action as the violation of the No Objection Certificate (NOC), an essential document required for hosting public events.
According to the FIR, the event organizer and his associates disregarded the established rules and regulations mandated by law and orders.
The complaint alleges that the loud speakers used during the concert resonated through the nearby residential areas late into the night, severely compromising the peace and comfort of the residents.
The lack of adequate management and security measures during the event is also highlighted in the FIR, with claims that it led to disruptions in the flow of traffic, causing inconvenience to the general public.
This legal action underscores the importance of adhering to the necessary permissions and regulations when organizing public events, ensuring the welfare and tranquility of the surrounding community. As the case unfolds, the event organizers and other implicated individuals may face legal consequences for the alleged violations.
