Highway actor Randeep Hooda will next be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s thriller.
The Sanjay Leela Bhansali Production banner is synonymous with grandeur and period dramas with blockbusters like Devdas and Bajirao Mastani.
This time Bhansali is switching things up and will produce a thriller. He cast the Once Upon a Time in Mumbai star Randeep Hooda as the protagonist.
The Mumbai Mirror reports that Randeep will play a policeman in the film. This will be his first main role in a film after a long hiatus last year. Randeep was working on a movie about the Battle of Saragarhi for two to three years, which was later shelved. Akshay Kumar’s Kesari then raised the subject under Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions banner.
