1. Kendall Jenner<\/h4>\n

Kendall Jenner is still the highest paid model this year and she earned a gross total of USD 22.5 million till June 2018.<\/p>\n

That’s more than she earned last year given her grand total income of 2017 was 22 million dollars.<\/p>\n

While some in the industry struggle to get paid, Kendall’s takeaway is insane.<\/p>\n

Kendall’s earning come not only from the runway and her agreements with high end fashion such as Est\u00e9e Lauder but from endorsements as well. This also includes her takeaways from Instagram.<\/p>\n

The Kardashian-Jenner clan make more than most models from their reality television show alone. Keeping Up with the Kardashians<\/em> is what landed the Jenner sisters on the map to begin with.<\/p>\n

2. Karlie Kloss<\/h4>\n

Second place went to Karlie Kloss. The coding queen (yes she’s not just gorgeous but super smart as well) took home 13 million dollars this year.<\/p>\n

Besides the runway she has catalog contracts with Est\u00e9e Lauder, Adidas and jewelry giant Swarovski.<\/p>\n

3. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley<\/h4>\n

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley came in third place with 11.5 billion dollars under her belt.<\/p>\n

The British mother of one is best known due to her works with Victoria’s Secret and her film roles. The former VS angel is also a businesswoman.<\/p>\n

3. Chrissy Teigen<\/h4>\n

Third place was tied between Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Chrissy Teigen, another former VS model.\u00a0Chrissy Teigen is more known for her work with Sports Illustration though.<\/p>\n

Teigen is also an author and has published cookbooks as well. She signed a deal with Blue Apron, a food company that caters to modern health enthusiasts.<\/p>\n

4 and 5. Cara Delevingne and Gisele B\u00fcndchen<\/h4>\n

Another British street wear icon Cara Delevingne made it in the top 5. The British beauty is tied with Brazillian bombshell\u00a0Gisele B\u00fcndchen at 10 million dollars this year.<\/p>\n

Both women are renowned for their personal styles as well. They have featured on the runway, walking for brands like Victoria’a Secret.<\/p>\n

Cara is also the new face of Dior lipstick.<\/p>\n

A large social media following was a common theme among this year’s toppers. Many girls on this year’s list are partial Insta-models.Till 2017, Brazilian bombshell Gisele B\u00fcndchen was always in the top 5 but the new girls pushed her back. The serial model number one kept the throne between 2007 to 2106, even though she retired in 2015.<\/p>\n

7. Gigi Hadid<\/h4>\n

Coming in fifth among the ranks is Gigi Hadid. Beauty does run in the family, given that the daughter of Dutch model Yolanda Foster started modelling at the age of 8 for Guess Kids<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Now a Victoria’s Secret model, the Californian made 9.5 million dollars this year.<\/p>\n

8 and 9. Bella Hadid and Joan Smalls<\/h4>\n

Gigi’s little sister Bella Hadid followed suit not just career-wise but also on the list, making 8.5 million dollars this year.<\/p>\n

The brunette among the Hadids initially didn’t want to do what her mom and sister were doing, but now she’s giving Gigi close competition.<\/p>\n

10. Doutzen Kroes<\/h4>\n

Close behind the two models is Victoria Secret’s angel Doutzen Kroes, with 8 million dollars worth in earnings.<\/p>\n

The Dutch beauty is mostly known for her work with Victoria Secret but she’s also a philanthropist and has made cameos in Wonder Woman<\/em> and Justice League<\/em>.<\/p>\n
