Back in the 1990s Mannat<\/em> belonged to a Parsi man of Gujarati-origin, Keeko Gandhy. It was called the\u00a0Villa Vienna\u00a0<\/em>during that time.<\/p>\n

Gandhy knew SRK as a neighbor. The actor bought the house from Gandhy in 2001 for INR 13.32 crore (equivalent to INR. 350 crore today).<\/p>\n

The home has an amazing interior, designed by Ghauri Khan herself, given she’s an interior decorator. The lovely interior wasn’t what it is today.<\/p>\n

The lavish mansion actually holds a lot of sentimental value for SRK.<\/p>\n
