The period film, Tanhaji- The Unsung Warrior<\/em>\u00a0is one of the most anticipated films of 2019.<\/p>\n

The movie is based on the life of Subedar Tanhaji Malusare, a superintendent in the army of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.<\/p>\n

The lead role of Subedar Taanaji Malusare, will be played by Ajay Devgn. The role of Ajay’s on-screen wife is rumored to have gone to Kajol.<\/p>\n

So far the rumors have not been confirmed but people are going crazy over the idea of seeing their real-life chemistry on-screen.<\/p>\n

Kajol and Ajay Devgyn to Play Couple?<\/h3>\n

Real life couple playing on-screen couples are a treat. Maybe this is wishful thinking but maybe this is a possibility.<\/p>\n

Based on reports by Mumbai Mirror, Kajol is playing screen-wife to her hubby. The report even claims that she has already shot a song for the film.<\/p>\n

“The song was shot over a week in the last week of December and is a part of the climax. It sees Kajol dressed in a traditional Maharashtrian outfit from the 17th century, inside her onscreen home. It has her thinking about her relationship with her warrior husband and a certain situation the couple is faced with at the time. Although Ajay won\u2019t feature in the number, there are glimpses of their past moments together. The dance number accentuates her character\u2019s emotional state and focuses on her facial expressions.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The movie will also require actors who have a basic understanding of the Maharashtrian\u00a0language and other traditional elements, so Kajol’s probably got that covered. This is because Kajol is\u00a0half-Maharashtrian from her mother’s side.<\/p>\n

So far people are loving Devgn’s first look as Tanaaji.<\/p>\n
