After Sandra Bullock, Paris Hilton and Justin Timberlake, now an Akshay Kumar’s fan has gone too far, crossing all sorts of boundaries along the way (literally).<\/p>\n
The man (read crazed fan) trespassed onto the actor’s residential property in suburban Juhu, Mumbai.<\/p>\n
The fan, Ankit Goswami, who happens to be in his 20s, hails from Haryana. He came all the way to Mumbai for Akshay Kumar. We’re not sure if is it love or is it just plain creepy. The fan wanted to meet his favorite Bollywood movie\u00a0star, so he let himself into the actor’s home.<\/p>\n
Police revealed that the man found Akshay’s address thanks to Google. Once he had the address, Ankit tried to make his way into the home. However, het was apprehended by a security guard before he could do so.<\/p>\n
Deputy Commissioner of Police Paramjit Singh Dahiya revealed that the trespassing fan was then questioned by the Juhu Police. Police then arrested him, and he is now in judicial custody.<\/p>\n
Ankit Goswami was charged under IPC for trespassing.<\/strong><\/p>\n The First Incident of its kind in Bollywood?<\/p>\n This is the first time a Bollywood fan went that crazy. Although there are many incidents of actors being harassed by fans, no one went as far as to try and break into a home. Starlets are often the victims of harassment as fans try to grope them in crowds and outside venues.<\/p>\n While Hollywood has plenty of stories\u00a0involving crazy fans breaking in, this seems like a first for Bollywood.<\/strong><\/p>\n Hollywood’s most famous case of breaking and entering a celebrity’s home was that of Sandra Bullock. A man\u00a0Joshua Corbett, aged 39, a resident of San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles broke into Sandra’s home.<\/p>\n After the man was arrested, a diary was found in his possession.
