The channel put up a banner thanking fans for making it the world\u2019s largest YouTube channel. The channel particularly references its Indian roots, or Indian fans or perhaps both.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cMaking India Proud.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; letter-spacing: 5px; font-size: 16px; margin: 0;\">ALSO READ<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a style=\"font-size: 20px; font-weight: 600; font-family: Rajdhani,Poppins,Roboto,Arial,sans-serif;\" href=\"https:\/\/propakistani.pk\/lens\/t-series-briefly-overtakes-pewdiepie-with-more-fans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">T-Series Briefly Overtakes PewDiePie With More Fans<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>PewDiePie vs. T-Series<\/h3>\n<p>Despite not being the world&#8217;s largest YouTube channel, PewDiePie is still the world&#8217;s largest independent YouTube creator.<\/p>\n<p>The battle to become the world largest YouTube channel between PewDiePie and T-Series was actually a sign of corporations taking over the independent platform.<\/p>\n<p id=\"LlMgDV\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>&#8216;PewDiePie vs T-Series<\/em>&#8216; feud dates back to August 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Felix Kjellberg AKA PewDiePie saw that this corporate channel was gaining on him. That&#8217;s when he urged fans to keep the army going strong.\u00a0 Pewds also referred to Felix&#8217;s <em>&#8216;army of 9-year-olds&#8217;<\/em>, and did what they could to keep PewDiePie number one.<\/p>\n<p>If it wasn&#8217;t for their efforts, the T-Series channel, which is run by a whole department dedicated to creating and posting 20 videos a day, would have invaded the throne months ago.<\/p>\n<p>Besides that, T-Series has a music monopoly on Bollywood music. The channel has no competitor in India that boasts an audience of over one billion Indians.<\/p>\n<h3>Red vs Blue?<\/h3>\n<p id=\"eSmqM3\"><em>&#8216;PewDiePie vs T-Series<\/em>&#8216; feud was considered a corporate invasion of the platform for independent creators. That&#8217;s why even other independent YouTubers banded together to root for PewDiePie.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00a0&#8220;The ongoing clash between creator-based channels against corporate entities.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p id=\"x6t3L8\">Some prominent\u00a0YouTubers bought billboards urging people to subscribe to PewDiePie&#8217;s channel.\u00a0\u00a0The phrase <em>\u201cSubscribe to PewDiePie\u201d<\/em> became a run-on meme. YouTubers would just throw it somewhere in their videos.<\/p>\n<h3>Fandom Gone to Far<\/h3>\n<p>The campaign to save PewDiePie later caused bad rapport.
