Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar is the name behind successful film and television scripts like Dil Lagi<\/em>,<\/em> Sadqay Tumhare<\/em>, Pyarey Afzal<\/em>, and Punjab Nahi Jaungi. <\/em>We expect no less from Kaaf Kangana,<\/em> a cross-border romantic saga.<\/p>\n

His direction profile has previously only included the television serial Delhi Kay Bankay, w<\/em>hich was also penned by him and he had a cameo role of ‘Dilbar’ as well.<\/p>\n

The film hasn’t been making many headlines due to cast shuffles. Kaaf Kangana features <\/em>Sami Khan, Eshal Fayyaz, and Ayesha Omar in prominent roles.<\/p>\n

Khalil-ur-Rehman’s Directorial Debut Kaaf Kangana<\/h3>\n

Shooting for the film has concluded and the film has hit the post-production phase.<\/p>\n

Khalil-ur-Rehman is headed out of Karachi to Bankok for the post-production stage. The Kaaf Kangana<\/em> team is already in negotiations with distributors. In fact, according to the Landa Bazaar<\/em> writer, talks with distributors are in final stages.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are planning for an October release, and our negotiations with the distributor are currently in their final stages.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Kaaf Kangana release date is being planned for October this year. The Mera Naam Yousuf Hai writer revealed that he does intend to make it a holiday release.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would want my film to release on a free day so it can get the number of screens and shows to do it justice. Therefore we have decided to go for a non-holiday regular release.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Sami Khan on a Roll<\/h3>\n

Actor Sami Khan is really on a roll this year. The Ghar Ki Khatir<\/em> actor has three films lined up for this year. In fact, his movie Gumm<\/em> with Shamoon Abbasi was the first Pakistani release of 2019.<\/p>\n

He’s also cast in the comedy sequel Wrong No. 2\u00a0<\/em>opposite Neelum Munir.<\/p>\n
