The United Arab Emirates (UAE) Ambassador to Pakistan H.E Hamd Ubaid Ibrahim has gifted a fully furnished house to a lady fruit seller from Islamabad.<\/p>\n
The kind gesture came in response to the brave fruit seller Yasmeen\u2019s call for help after she faced eviction from her rented house. She had faced difficulties in paying the rent.<\/p>\n
The UAE envoy learned about her struggles from social media and decided to gift her house in Islamabad to ease her struggles.<\/p>\n

She caught the attention of many after a video featuring her went viral on social media last year.<\/p>\n She started selling fruits to make ends meet after her husband (also a fruit seller) passed away, leaving behind a family of five with no one else to look after them.<\/p>\n Every morning, the brave woman wakes up early to make ends meet. \u00a0After preparing breakfast for her children, and dropping them to school, she visits the fruit market to buy fruits for her cart.<\/p>\n \u201cI have been doing this for 1.5 years.
