There’s a Starbucks in the Game of Thrones<\/strong><\/em> universe and we’re just confused as to how?<\/p>\n

Starbucks is infamous for its franchises being everywhere. Now they’ve proved they’re literally everywhere (there’s no escape).<\/p>\n

We don’t know how a stray Starbucks cup made its way onto the recent episode of Game of Thrones<\/strong><\/em> (maybe it’s marketing, maybe its a mistake), and in Winterfell of all places.<\/p>\n

The fact that the seven kingdoms, which has everything from dragons and zombies (white walkers) is not as appalling as a Starbucks is!<\/p>\n

Starbucks with the Starks<\/h3>\n

The iconic Starbucks cup with its plastic cover and logo was distinctly seen on a table at a feast in Winterfell in a recent episode. That cuppa was within reach of characters Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen.<\/p>\n

The gaffe occurred during episode 4 of HBO’s hit series’ final season GOTS8, \u201cThe Last of the Starks<\/strong><\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Before we lost our minds with theories of how Starbucks went to the past with Game of Thrones, GOT’s executive producers Bernie Caulfield, apologized to fans. She couldn’t believe it herself, as much as we couldn’t.<\/p>\n

\u201cI can\u2019t believe (it),…..Our onset prop people and decorators are so on it a 1,000 percent.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

In an interview with New York\u2019s WNYC radio on Monday, she cleared the conspiracies:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re sorry! Westeros was the first place to actually have Starbucks,\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

HBO made an even cheekier statement then Bernies’ apology. The broadcaster said that ‘the latte that appeared in the episode was a mistake. Daenerys had ordered a herbal tea.’<\/em><\/p>\n
