Pakistani actress Maya Ali has claimed that she was offered a role in a Bollywood movie opposite Akshay Kumar.<\/p>\n
While talking to an Indian media outlet Masala.com, the Teefa in Trouble<\/em> actress opened up about being offered a film from Bollywood. She said that she was approached to play a role with Akshay Kumar.<\/p>\n Maya Ali said that although she went to India for the audition of the film, things couldn\u2019t go ahead because of certain issues.<\/p>\n \u201c I have been approached for Akshay Kumar\u2019s film and I even went to India for an audition and everything was decided but because of some issues it couldn\u2019t go ahead\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n Furthermore, she also expressed her desire to work with Ranveer Singh.<\/p>\n \u201cAmong actors, I really like Ranveer Singh\u2019s energy so if ever an opportunity arises, hopefully it will be with Ranveer,\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n About her decision to step in the film industry, the Parey Hut Love <\/em>actress said it wasn\u2019t pre-planned and it happened all of a sudden.<\/p>\n Maya Ali is a huge fan of Karan Johar movies and has not missed any of them while growing up.<\/strong><\/p>\n Maya Ali wants to play the kind of character Rani Mukherji played in the Filmfare award winning movie Black.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n She terms working with Shaheryar as a blessing.<\/p>\n According to her, he makes one feel comfortable and knows about giving space to people as needed. She went on to add that she couldn\u2019t have asked for a better co-actor.<\/p>\n Maya said the two films that she has done so far are different from each other.<\/p>\n Both the characters and genre of the movies have no similarities between them.
