Renowned Pakistani actress, Sana Fakhar, will be seen next in a horror drama serial. The news was confirmed by Sana herself while she was in a conversation with a local media outlet. The drama serial will be titled as Lal Mai.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Talking about her role in the drama, Sana said she is playing the leading role of a witch named Lal Mai.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m playing the character of Lal Mai, a witch. It\u2019s a very unconventional role, not one of those stereotypical ones.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

She went on to add that the drama has exactly everything as one would expect a horror flick to be.<\/p>\n

It has suspense, it has horror, it\u2019s a complete thriller,\u201d Sana added.<\/p>\n

Sana Fakhar Says This Is As Good As a Film<\/h3>\n

The Ye Dil Aapka Huwa <\/em>actress and her team is treating the drama as nothing short of a film. They are putting in all their energies into making it a big success.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe team \u2013 which I call the blockbuster team \u2013 behind this serial is treating it like a film project,\u201d the actress said.<\/p>\n

Lal Mai <\/em><\/strong>will be directed by Khalid Malik. Apart from Sana, the leading cast of this horror drama includes Taqi Ahmad and Saleem Mairaj.<\/p>\n

Saleem Mairaj seems a right choice for the role as he was recently part of the Pakistani horror flick Pari<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The release date of Lal Mai is yet to be announced. However, Sana Fakhar confirmed that it will go on air on Hum TV channel.<\/p>\n

Sana was recently seen in the drama serial Babban Khala Ki Betiyan<\/em><\/strong> which also aired on Hum TV.<\/p>\n
