Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson managed to snag his own spin-off after two appearances in the Fast & Furious<\/em><\/strong> franchise. Hobbs and Shaw<\/em><\/strong> is already making quite a splash at the box office.<\/p>\n

And whats more? Mr. Deadpool himself Ryan Reynolds also has an appearance in the spin-off. Looks like Hobbs finally has a partner, and its more than one.<\/p>\n

With the Hobbs and Shaw<\/em><\/strong> cast already centered around three stars with huge fan-bases, the film has already scored big. The Fast & Furious<\/em><\/strong> spin-off cast Dwayne ‘The Rock<\/em>‘ Johnson, Jason Statham, and Vanessa Kirby.<\/p>\n

Ryan Reynolds in Fast and the Furious?<\/h3>\n

Deadpool<\/em> <\/strong>star Ryan Reynolds’ appearance is just the cherry on top. The 42-year-old actor essays the role of a CIA agent and the role of Hobbs\u2019 best friend, Locke.<\/p>\n

While Reynolds has played an agent before FBI and CIA, Locke is different. He brings in the question, ‘what! didn’t Hobbs always say he doesn’t work with partners<\/em>?’<\/p>\n

While Ryan Reynolds’ Agent Locke is a more serious take on security agents unlike his previous run-ins with the role, he managed to slip in some jokes.<\/p>\n

In the post-credit scenes, we saw Locke as more of Reynolds’ Wade Wilson in X-Men Origins: Wolverine<\/em><\/strong>; or even Richard Messner in Smokin Aces<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

So is this Agent Locke serious about staying? Director David Leitch suggested that he might be. How will they play into the whole Fast & Furious<\/em><\/strong> universe, given that Luke Hobbs doesn’t like partners, but now he has Deckard Shaw, along with some big box office success behind their names.<\/p>\n

David Leitch teased the possibility of seeing more of Ryan\u00a0in upcoming Hobbs and Shaw <\/em><\/strong>movies. (or maybe he’s just being a tease).<\/p>\n

\u201cHopefully we can spin [him] out into more episodes of\u00a0Hobbs & Shaw,\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
