The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) continues to pressurize artists across India against performing in events involving Pakistani nationals.\u00a0After banning Mika Singh over his performance in Karachi, the FWICE has now turned its guns on Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh.<\/p>\n
In its letter to the Ministry of External Affairs of India, the organization wants Diljit\u2019s visa to America declared null.<\/p>\n
Diljit is scheduled to perform in America on the invitation of a Pakistani-American national Rehan Siddiqi. He made his Bollywood debut in the hit film Udta Punjab<\/strong>. This earned him the nomination for Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut.<\/strong> The singer and actor was also part of Anushka Sharma\u2019s film Phillauri.<\/strong><\/p>\n The FWICE had earlier issued a strict warning to artists across India against performing with Pakistani nationals. Mika Singh was banned by the Federation of Western India Cine Employees.
