Apart from this, it is also aimed at creating a community of like-minded individuals who want to adopt a healthier approach towards their dietary lifestyle and improve their health.<\/span><\/p>\n

The concept for this service came into being after Zara suffered from disc bulges, which impacts the functioning of the spinal cord. <\/span><\/p>\n

After her treatment, she was on a strict home-cooked, organic food diet. Zara spoke of the stark difference in the quality, and how the food was rich in energy and nutrients, and kept her active throughout the day.<\/span><\/p>\n

Speaking of the products, Zara added that they were free from artificial flavoring and preservatives. She elaborated on how these additives were the main cause of the multitude of health problems affecting us today, and how our consumption of these toxins is what was leading to our deteriorating health. <\/span><\/p>\n

Zara also advises her fans to reduce and possibly remove poultry consumption from their diets, mentioning them as one of the major carriers for hormonal imbalance syndromes and diseases.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
