Celebs like Meesha Shafi are as human as everyone. Surely there&#8217;s nothing wrong with saying this song moved her to tears.<\/p>\n<p>She goes on to recount how her family has been very supportive of her during this testing time.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">My family and I have suffered deeply on every level since I told my truth. Meesha was enamored by the choice of lyrics in this particular song. Accept your &#8216;mistake&#8217;.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>This &#8216;mistake&#8217; refers to the recent judgement by the Lahore Court which threw out her case against Ali Zafar on a mere technicality. It doesn&#8217;t absolve Ali of what he did, only that the case couldn&#8217;t proceed because Meesha was not an employee of Ali, as per the relevant anti-harassment law as it exists.<\/p>\n<p>In response, Meesha turned the tables on this ill-informed troll:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">I\u2019m pretty sure I\u2019m not the singer you should be saying this to.
