Police arrested the accused Muhammad Ali and his brother after the victim’s brother filed a police report. According to police, Muhammad Ali who is from the Basti Maharanwali area of Bahawalnagar, confessed to strangling his pregnant wife and her 11-year-old son.<\/p>\n
