The blind man, Ashiq Jamali intended to marry her, but the point is buying and selling humans is illegal.<\/p>\n
It was the police that intervened to prevent the child marriage from taking place and recovered the child. Both the girls’ father, Laal Bakhsh Jamali and the man who intended to marry the child were arrested.<\/p>\n

Now that she was 14 they finally made the transaction.<\/p>\n They sealed the deal at the price of Rs. 20,000. The blind man had paid the amount to Laal Bakhsh but the girl was not sold.
