La La Land<\/strong> star Emma Stone is engaged! The 31-year-old Hollywood actress has been dating SNL director Dave McCary for some time now.<\/p>\n

Recently, McCary took to Instagram to share the happy news with fans of his engagement.<\/p>\n

A source confirmed to People Magazine that Emma Stone and Dave McCary had been dating since 2017. The two met when the Oscar-winning actress was invited to host SNL at the end of 2016. During one of the skit segments called \u201cWells for Boys\u201d, directed by McCary, the two hit it off and the rest as they say is history.<\/p>\n

Aware of the looming paparazzi, Emma and Dave kept their romance relatively private. However, the two had been spotted multiple times out on dates in New York City.<\/p>\n

On one of their date nights, Emma was spotted in a black shirt, black pants and a grey coat as McCary walked behind her in a jacket, hat and glasses.<\/p>\n

The La La Land <\/strong>star also showed her support for McCary, a two-time Emmy nominee, when she attended the premiere of his feature directorial debut Brigsby Bear<\/strong> in July 2017.<\/p>\n
