We recently found out that Pakistan Television Corporation will be airing Dirilis Ertugrul<\/em><\/strong> in Urdu. So who will be the voices behind some of our favorite characters?<\/p>\n

We already knew that PTV was casting voice artists for the job. Looks like PTV’s senior artist Anjum Habibi, Diya Rahman and a few others made the list.<\/p>\n

Recently the voice-over artists and radio jockey posted pictures in the studio dubbing the Turkish period drama<\/a> in Urdu. Since PTV acquired the broadcast rights of the drama from the Turkish Radio and Television Corporation (TRT), it’s only fitting Radio Pakistan gets to do the dubbing.<\/p>\n

Pakistani state radio still creates and broadcasts audio dramas via radio to this day. They have the necessary practice and artists and hand for the task.<\/strong><\/p>\n

So who’s voicing who? Turns out Diya Rahman will be voicing the character of Hymana.<\/p>\n

As for the rest of the cast, we know they have Anjum Habibi on board, a veteran actor and voice actor. He was last seen in Heer Maan Ja<\/em><\/strong> and currently plays Sheharyar’s father in Ehd-e-Wafa<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

There were some reservations. Dirilis Ertugrul<\/em><\/strong> already has a huge fanbase in Pakistan. Like any fanbase, they’re not putting up with any shortcomings or deflection from the original.<\/p>\n
