Drama serial Alif<\/em><\/strong> boasts some really impressive visuals. The credit for those breathtaking visuals goes to the Director of Photography Asad Mumtaz Malik. Apparently his work is getting noticed, because he has been called up to work for a Hollywood movie!<\/p>\n

That’s right. Call it luck or sheer hard work, the Alif<\/em><\/strong> DOP Asad Mumtaz Malik is set to work on Farhan Tahir’s The Window<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

But that’s not all he’s doing. He’s also making a film Gandi Game<\/em><\/strong> and a web-series Parinday<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Alif<\/em><\/strong> DOP Asad Mumtaz Malik flaunts his incredible cinematography skills in the popular drama serial. You can see all the artistic florishes that he has captured behind the lens.<\/p>\n

Imagine what he’d do with a film or a web series. We won’t have to leave matters to our imagination much longer as Asad is now working on The Window<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Window<\/em><\/strong> is Faran Tahir\u2019s upcoming Hollywood film, starring Faysal Quershi, Suhaee Abro, and Sami Khan.<\/p>\n

Upcoming Projects<\/h3>\n

In an interview with Entertainment.pk<\/a>, Asad Mumtaz Malik spilled the tea on his independent film Gandi Game<\/em><\/strong> and web-series Parinday<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Gandi Game is a Karachi based romantic thriller laced with hardcore action. Right now, Asad is also working on the script.<\/p>\n

\u201cGandi Game is my baby! … It is my screenplay, my storyboard and it will be directed by me InshaAllah\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

He kept mum about the cast though. He did reveal it would be a high-profile cast with some Hollywood actors.<\/p>\n

The Alif<\/em><\/strong> DOP also has an action-packed web series lined-up. He’s penned the script for this project as well.<\/p>\n

“The dialogues and the story of Parinday<\/em> are written by me,”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Parinday<\/em><\/strong> is also based on Karachi. He says that they went with an action series for this, based on market demand.<\/p>\n

“There is a demand for such kind of action series in Pakistan. So we thought that one should create Pakistani content to cater to that demand too. Therefore we are taking this initiative.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
