A looming refugee crisis has dominated headlines for as long as we can remember. People who have escaped wars and persecution from their native countries, their lives have been upended in the most heinous of ways.<\/p>\n
It has caused people to bid farewell to their homelands and seek refuge in safe-haven countries.<\/p>\n
Ever since 2015, the refugee crisis has received global attention, the media has covered endless stories of refugees and their stories. Their struggle for survival and how they want a better life for themselves and their families.<\/p>\n
A lot more still needs to be done, since refugees are still perceived by natives as a ‘burden’. They are often targeted due to a multitude of factors ranging from public anger over them seeping off welfare. and unwilling to return back to their countries even when conditions improve.<\/p>\n
Many refugees play with their lives, just to buy their children a better future than theirs.<\/p>\n
