Recently, Naseeruddin Shah bashed Anupam Kher for being vocal on Twitter, calling him &#8216; a clown.&#8217;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Any number of his contemporaries from NSD and FTI can attest to his sycophantic nature. It&#8217;s in his blood, he can&#8217;t help it.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Anupam Kher is a clown. Anupam has made no secret of his disdain for the Muslim community in Modi&#8217;s India.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, Shah also called out netizens for bashing the <strong><em>Bend it Like Beckham<\/em><\/strong> actor. Hence why Twitteratti are calling out his hypocrisy.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;The others who are opposing it should really decide &#8216;what they want to say&#8217;, and don&#8217;t remind us of our responsibilities. This is the same man who is bashing Anupam Kher for his racial views, when he too bashed Muslims in an op-ed for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hindustantimes.com\/india-news\/i-cannot-recall-a-time-when-muslims-were-suspected-en-masse-of-being-unpatriotic-naseeruddin-shah\/story-L4xVpcVEluGV3fRmoEsSvN.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hindustan Times<\/a> not too long ago.<\/p>\n<p>That op-ed from the veteran actor blamed Muslims for being responsible for their own persecution in India.
